Matt is excited to be working under Chef Brian Huston again whom he served as a cook at Boltwood. Matt most recently honed his bread making skills at Publican Quality Bread under James Beard Award winner Greg Wade. 

Matt is a graduate of the University of Dayton where he studied criminal justice before following his passion for the culinary arts.
